Both were written in response to compositions by students from Canterbury College as part of the A Noise Annoys project and will be read in conjunction with their music on Thursday 26th May in The Ballroom as part of the Sounds New Contemporary Music Festival. The festival runs from 20th-29th May 2011 and features a UK premiere of Arvo Pärt’s Adam’s Lament.
